Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee & others", the Principal of the said above school filed an affidavit dated 15/10/2009 with the CIC to the effect that the employees mentioned at S.No. 8 to 13 of Para No. 5 of the above said appeal "who appear to be overage or under qualified were given relaxation as per relevant rules at the time of their appointments"
