Heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties. The petitioner no.1 is the husband of the de facto complainant and the petitioner no.2 is her stepson. The petitioners are in custody for about 21 days.
We have gone through the case diary, more particularly through the statement of the victim-lady recorded under section 164 CrPC.
Now, going through the same and considering the role attributed to the petitioners in the commission of the offence and their extent of involvement, while we allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 (Danab Das @ Md.Sadek @ Sahadev), the same in respect of the petitioner no.2 stands rejected.
