For the above, learned senior counsel for the tenant draws the attention of this Court to paragraph 18(a)(A)(ix), (xiii) and (xviii) of the Eviction Petition wherein it is categorically stated that the petitioners are Directors in a Private Limited Company involved in the business of commercial operations relating to automobile and car dealership/ showrooms/ workshop of vehicles belonging to Maruti Suzuki/ Nexa/ True Value, under the trade name M/s. Magic Auto Pvt. Ltd.
