the applicant is that, he allegedly facilitated the co-accused, Bipin Rambahadur Yadav to flee from the spot on motorcycle. Prosecution has relied on Hash-Value panchanama of the footage retrieved from the CCTV camera allegedly installed in the vicinity where the incident had taken place. Except this allegation, no other allegations are made against the applicant. The investigation is over and the final report has been filed. No criminal antecedents of the applicants are brought to the notice of this Court. In view of the nature of accusation and the role attributed to the applicant and the fact that trial is not likely to commence in the near future, the applicant arrested in C.R. No.I-147/2019 registered with Ulhasnagar Police Station, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like sum.
