6. On instruments of sale of land executed in favour of persons, whose land has been acquired for Auto Testing Track Project, Pithampur, District Dhar, the chargeable stamp duty shall be remitted subject to the following, conditions, namely :-- (a) a certificate in the enclosed format from the Collector of Dhar District is obtained , in which the amount of compensation as well as special rehabilitation grant paid for acquisition of land for Auto Testing Track Project , Pithampur is mentioned;
