% 08.12.2023 IA No.22241/2023 under Section 151 CPC moved by the defendant no.3 seeking condonation of delay in filing Written Statement It is stated by learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has filed reply to the captioned IA yesterday vide diary no.22079051/2023. The same is not on record. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take requisite steps to bring reply on record Rejoinder, if any, be filed by the applicant/defendant no.3 within two weeks with copy to the opposite side.
Re-notify the captioned IA for completion of pleadings/consideration on the next date of hearing. IA No.15346/2023 under Section 151 CPC moved by the plaintiff to amend Memo of Parties in IA No.14322/2023 As per record, reply to the captioned IA has not been filed by any of the defendants i.e. defendant no.1 to 4 till date.
