78. PW57 is the Judicial Magistrate. He stated that on November 26, 2001 he recorded the sample audio voices of accused Asif Reza Khan @ Rajan @ Maharaj @ Ibrahim Sah @ Samar Choudhury, Anita Routh and accused Irsad Khan @ Aslam Khan @ Masub in terms of directions of the Learned Sub- divisional Judicial Magistrate on the prayer of the investigating officer of Tiljala P.S. Case No. 223 dated July 25, 2001. Before recording such voice samples, PW57 observed all legal formalities which he narrated in his deposition. PW57 proved the audio cassettes produced in court and his signature thereon.
