It is further alleged by the plaintiff that at the time of passing of the said cheque it was made clear to the defendant that the overdraft is temporary and has to be adjusted within few days and further the defendant shall have to bear the expanses and interest for the delayed payment in accordance with the normal practice and procedure of the bank and that the rate of interest with regard to temporary overdraft account was @ 15 % p.a. compounded quarterly.
