(b) That simultaneously on 19.01.2024, the Complainant of the FIR/Mother of the missing girl namely Deepika herself came present at the Police Station before the member of the SIT and presented screenshot(s) of Instagram, the said screenshots produced by Deepika contained the post which was posted by Petitioner Aman @ Jaanu from his Instagram ID 'aman_kumar 22' immediately after the occurrence.
That in the said post of Instagram, it was written "Sorry, Sorry Sorry Sorry, Ma app ko bith nhi skha...set of crying emojies. The second screenshot of Instagram Post of Aman @ Jaanu from his Instagram ID 'aman_kumar 22' was "I miss u Rip". These photographs/screenshots were taken on record in the police file, and were sent to technical cell, 3 of 15 Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:011596 Pathankot, for analyzing the same technically for matching IP Addresses etc. The copy of the 2 Screenshots of Aman @ Jaanu, Instagram fact the Petitioner Aman @ Jaanu as well as his 2 ^ (nd) cousin namely Vinay Bains son of Davinder Pal resident of Village Dhaliwal, Khichian, Police Station Purana Shala, District Gurdaspur was also called on the spot.

These photographs/screenshots were taken on record in the police file, and were sent to technical cell, Pathankot, for analyzing the same technically for matching IP Addresses etc. The copy of the 2 Screenshots of Aman @ Jaanu, Instagram Account are attached as Annexure R-8. That it is further submitted that at the same point of time Deepika/Complainant got recorded a Supplementary Statement bringing new facts on the file. The copy of Supplementary Statement of Deepika dated 19.01.2024 is attached as Annexure R-9/T.

a) That the photographs, screenshots of instagram were taken on police file on 19.01.2024 and were sent through e-mail to the office of Instagram i.e. Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025 by Incharge Cyber Crime Cell, O/o Senior Supdt. of Police, Pathankot, vide letter No. 90- 91/CC dated 20.01.2024, with the request to analyze the IP Address of instagram account having https://www.instagram.com/bamansaabb Alisha as well as https://www.instagram.com/aman kumar ID of ID 22. Thus, on 22.01.2024, the following report was given by the Technical/Cyber Cell"-
As per the report received about the instagram ID https://www.instagram.com/amankumar 2 which was being used by Accused Aman @ Jaanu. Three IP Addresses have been provided associated to the Instagram ID https://www.instagram.com/aman kumar 2 2 of Accused Aman @ Jaanu. The Time Corresponding to the IP addressed is in UTC (Co-ordinate Universal Time) format which have been changed into IST (Indian Standard Time) by adding 05:30 Hours, which is as follows:-
