          Madam, on my return, I wrote an article published 17 years back in a leading daily.  Please permit me to quote three paragraphs, which give a narration of the incident. I quote:

“The assault on the barricade around the Masjid took place around 11 a.m. on the fateful Sunday morning.  Within hours, the mob had overcome the few rounds of teargas and mild lathi charge as they penetrated the structure, rained crushing blows on the domes. The edifice that stood for over 400 years started to crumble for the hands leading the assault were all trained to do the demolition. …”   I wrote,17 years back, what the Commission says today.  I quote:
          What does the report say? The report says: “It cannot be assumed even for a movement...”  I have to take a name of a person, who is not present in the House because I am quoting the report.  If you permit me, I will do or otherwise, delete the name because I am quoting the report.
MADAM SPEAKER:   You are quoting the report, I suppose.
SHRI GURUDAS DASGUPTA : Yes, Madam.
          The report says: “It cannot be assumed for a moment that my senior respected leader of India, one of the senior leaders of India, who I still respect, Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, my senior colleague Mr. Advani or Mr. Joshi did not know the designs of Sangh Pariwar.”  It cannot be believed, the report says. What does it mean?  The political leadership of the movement was well aware of the destination to go.  They were well aware of the target they had made.  They were well aware of the  objective  that was in their mind, lingering in their mind. 
          It was not made public but it was lingering in their minds.
          According to the Report, “it was a joint common enterprise.” I am quoting their phrase. Who are the partners? They are RSS, VHP, Shiv Sena, BJP and Bajrang Dal. It is well-known. This was our point all the time. Now, it is there in a Report, of course, presented late, and somebody in the other House has told the Press that money has been wasted on this Commission. That is the other way to belittle the political issue that the Report has confronted the nation with.

          महोदया, 10 दिसंबर,1992 को आरएसएस और वीएचपी पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया और ट्रिब्यूनल में कहा गया: “It is pertinent to mention that PW-7, उस समय के ज्वाइंट डायरेक्टर, आईबी थे, जो गवर्नमेंट के व्यु को रिप्रेजेंट कर रहे थे, he has categorically admitted that there was no material evidence to show that these organizations, RSS, BJP, had pre-planned the destruction of the disputed structure.” यह ऑब्जर्वेशन नहीं है बल्कि एक जुडिशियल वर्डिक्ट है, इसकी अवहेलना करते हुए कमीशन ने सीधे कह दिया कि कांसपिरेसी में यदि किसी का हाथ है, तो इन लोगों का है। 17 वर्ष बाद इनको यह इलहाम हुआ है। पायनियर की भी एक रिपोर्ट का यहां पर उल्लेख करना चाहूंगा। उस समय के गृहमंत्री शंकर राव चव्हाण जी थे। I quote The Pioneer, 3rd January 1993:
