Considering that only allegation against the applicant which is found in the case diary is regarding selling of bag of fertilizer on excess price, bail application filed by the applicant is allowed.

It is ordered that in the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with the aforesaid crime number and the offence, he be released on bail on his Signature Not SAN Verified furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand 2 MCRC-58025-2021 Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Authority. He will appear before the Investigating Agency or the trial Court as and when required.
