Mr.Samrat Sen, Advocate appears The Court : By order dated 7th February, 2013, an order was passed in terms of prayer (d) of column 10 of the Tabular Statement and was restricted to the immovable property mentioned in Schedule-D. It has been submitted by counsel for the decree holder that the immovable property measures approximately 40 sq.ft. 2 and will not satisfy the decretal dues of the decree holder. Accordingly, let an affidavit of assets be filed by the judgment debtor no.1 and its directors within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Matter to appear in the list four weeks hence. All parties concerned are to act on a signed photocopy of this order on the usual undertakings.
