The present appeal has been filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. by the appellant/complainant against the judgement dated 03.06.2017 passed by learned JMFC, NI Act, THC in the case bearing CC No.4965/2018 titled as 'BLS ETHNOL LTD. v.RAJVI PETROCHEM P. LTD' vide which the respondent was acquitted of the offense under Section 138 NI Act. The appellant had approached this Court vide CRL.L.P. No.726/2018 seeking leave to appeal and the same was granted by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2025, following which the appeals were duly admitted.
