OMP (COMM) 19/2021 & I.A. 664/2021 This is a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside the award dated 26th June, 2020 as modified by the learned Arbitrator is dated 29th August, 2020.

I.A. No.664/2021 is an application on behalf of the petitioner seeking stay of the operation of the award passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal.

Issue notice. Mr. Vikram Nandrajog, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He seeks six days' time to file the reply and advance copy of the reply be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who may file rejoinder, thereto within six weeks thereafter.
