3. This is an application filed by the Petitioners seeking directions. The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Petitioner company is still being shown as `BLACKLISTED' on the portal of the Respondent No.3, in spite of the interim protection granted on 1st February, 2021.

4. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, ld. Senior Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 - National Highway Authority of India (hereinafter, "NHAI") submits that the order dated 1st February, 2021, passed by this Court, has been challenged before the ld. Division Bench.

5. Let a copy of the order passed by the ld. Division Bench be placed before this Court. Ld. Senior Counsel for the NHAI to also file a reply to this application, specifically explaining the circular dated 5th February, 2021 and the reason for withdrawal of the same vide another circular dated 6th February, 2021.
