33.Before that, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents questions the very maintainability of the petitions filed by the petitioners on very many grounds. He would submit that the Organization called 'RSS' is not having any Statutory https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis backings and it is not registered under the provisions of the Society Registration Act or any other Acts; who permitted the petitioners to take care on behalf of the above said Organization is not disclosed.
