(1) The petitioner-Gram Panchayat has filed an Execution Petition for ejectment of private respondents on the basis of an eviction order passed under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 as applicable to the State of Haryana. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that no effective measures are being taken by the Executing Court to implement the eviction order. (2) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any views on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the DDPO, Thanesar to dispose of the Execution Petition expeditiously, in accordance with the principle of natural justice preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
