19. It was suggested to the mother of the deceased that Karishma had come three hours late at the time of her own marriage. The appellant meant to suggest that her marriage took place against her wish. The suggestion was denied.
20. PW 6 - Vilas is witness to the panchnama (Exh.56) as regards seizure of the clothes of the appellant. PW 7 - Dattatraya was witness to the seizure of sim-card under panchnama (Exh.61). It is now known, as to why the sim card was seized from the house of the appellant. There is no further evidence in this regard. PW 11 - Riyaz is Police-Naik attached to the Cyber Cell, Latur. He drew screen-shots from the memory card and drew hash value thereof.
