This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to organize dance program (Adal & Padal) on 09.06.2022 from 07.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m at Arulmigu Sri Samayapuram Mariyamman Temple with light and sound by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2022.
2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner seeks permission for conducting the dance program (Adal & Padal) on 09.06.2022 from 07.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m at Arulmigu Sri Samayapuram Mariyamman Temple, Mamsapuram, Viruthunagar District. Subsequent to the same, in order to conduct a cultural programme, they sought permission of the police by giving a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis representation dated 02.06.2022. But the respondents have not considered the said representation. Since no order was passed, the petitioner has come before this Court for the above said relief.
