Since I am of the prima face view that the learned Judge exercised his discretion erroneously, there shall be stay of all further proceedings of Ejectment Execution case No. 81 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned 5th Judge, Small Causes Court at Calcutta till 01.08.2011 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
