[3] Thereafter, the Registrar, Dhanamanjuri University, Manipur issued a notification dated 03.09.2021 notifying two lists - one, list of eligible candidates wherein the name of the petitioner figured therein and two, list of non-eligible candidates,. On 1st October, 2021, the Registrar, DMU, issued another notice notifying the shortlisted candidates for interview for the post of Assistant Professor in Anthropology, botany and Chemistry wherein the shortlisted candidates were requested to collect the Call Letters from the Administrative Block, DMU from 4 th October, 2021 onwards. On the same day, the report of the API Screening Committee was uploaded in the DMU website and on perusal of the SIN. 2 same, it was found that the Screening Committee had revisited the API scores of candidates listed under Non-Eligible Candidates. The petitioner whose API score is 85, was not included in the shortlisted candidates for personal interview for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor (Botany) while some candidate scoring an API Score of 77 and less were included in the list of shortlisted candidates and had been given call letters for Personal Interview.
