1. Petitioner has assailed the constitution of Dental Council of India ['DCI'] for not being in accordance with provisions of Dentists Act, 1948. Mr T. Singhdev, counsel for Respondent No. 2, points out that relief sought in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as DCI has been reconstituted in the year 2019. In case Petitioner still has any grievance, he will have to urge the same by way of a separate petition.
2. Present petition was earlier taken up along with W.P.(C) 10122/2015 and W.P.(C) 3721/2015. Mr. Singhdev has pointed out that W.P.(C) 10122/2015, having become infructuous, was withdrawn on 13th April, 2022.
3. Petitioner has not appeared since 13th September 2019. Despite multiple calls, the position remains the same even today.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non- prosecution along with pending application(s).
