In terms of the order dated 12 th January 2024, the Commissioner had visited the premises and carried out the necessary measurements as directed and the report is placed on record. Let copies of report be furnished to respondent No.4. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 Shri Ravi Godhia who is petitioner in connected petition is desirous of placing on record his rejoinder/sur-rejoinder in the respective proceedings which the Registry is directed to accept.
2. It appears that in the wake of the report of the Commissioner, grievance of the some of the respondents can be sorted out. As far as the grievances which do not get settled, are permitted to be argued on the next date of hearing. Further, for the process of demarcation, this petition is directed to be listed on 9th February 2024.
