अध्यक्ष महोदय: मंत्री जी यहां उपस्थित हैं और वह इसका उत्तर देंगे। मेरी आप सब से प्रार्थना है कि मंत्री जी इस पर उत्तर देने वाले हैं। मैं आपकी भावना को समझता हूं।

The hon. Minister of State is present here. It has been agreed that if the hon Minister Shri Ram Naik is not here, the Minister of State would respond. If we go back on whatever we have agreed, it would really not be desirable. He is reading the names, which he has got. The hon. Minister can stand up and refute that these names are not the correct names. He has every right to do it.

Today, everybody knew that this matter would be raised in the House. If Shri Ram Naik has been present in the House, he could have replied instead of all the hon. Members standing up, and then we would have been happy. But instead of that, he kept himself away. Now, so many hon. Members are disturbing and not allowing even a sentence to be completed. … (Interruptions)

Sir, my third submission through you is, property and assets evaluation by a competent income-tax authority of those retired judges who were Chairmen and the Members of the Board should be made right from the day when they assumed office. … (Interruptions)

Sir, my fourth submission is that till such time the outcome is not available to the House and full report of the CBI is not processed, the hon. Minister, Shri Ram Naik, should not hold the office to suppress and oppress…… (Interruptions)
