1. The issue under consideration is the complaint of non-compliance (CNC) of CIC's order dated 20.05.2019 in this matter.
2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the appellant filed an application dated 05.07.2017 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Union Bank of India, Mumbai seeking regarding credit facilities sanctioned to (i) Zoom Developers P. Ltd., (ii) Sportina Payce Infrastructure P. Ltd., (iii) Mumbai Gold Cabs P. Ltd., (iv) Deva Developers P. Ltd., (v) Sahil Impex P. Ltd. (vi) Sheel International and (vii) Rahul Graphite (All Group Accounts), details of the employees who given such credit facilities, action taken against such officials and related information. The CPIO replied on 28.07.2017. Dissatisfied with the response of the CPIO, the appellant has filed first appeal dated nil. The First Appellate Authority did not pass any order. Aggrieved by that, the appellant has filed a second appeal dated 29.10.2017 before this Commission before this Commission which was heard and decided by this Commission on 20.05.2019 and inter alia the following directions were passed:
