Order 16/04/2018 The present writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer that the respondents be directed to decide the application of the petitioner and grant the mining lease by issuing formal order of sanction in favour of the petitioner.

The matter was ordered to be listed along with SBCWP No.15382/2016. Admittedly, the said writ petition has been withdrawn as the sanction has already been granted in the said case.

(2 of 2) [CW-447/2017] In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the application of the petitioner (M.L. No.25/2009) for mineral Quartz & Feldspar, near village Jhintra, Tehsil Rohat, District Pali within one month of the receipt of this order.
