Ms Farhana Shah appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that in the year 2008, on the instructions of the appellant she had returned the papers to the appellant. The office note further indicates that the Advocate for the appellant has not supplied spare copies of this appeal, as a result of which notice could not be issued to the respondents.
2. The present appeal has been pending since the year 2007, and no steps have been taken by the appellant to prosecute the same to date. In the circumstances, this Court has no any other option except to dismiss the appeal.
3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed.
