This petition is for bail.
2. The alleged offences are under Sections 420, 120B & 379 of Indian Penal Code. According to prosecution, the petitioner was operating a parallel telephone exchange. It is alleged that by doing so, he has caused loss to the Department and Government. He was arrested on 13.5.2008. He is in custody since then.
3. The petitioner was questioned and the seizure is effected and the petitioner's custody may not be required for further investigation. It is submitted by learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner could not be arrested for a long time and hence stringent conditions may be imposed while granting bail.
