Heard. Learned counsel for the applicant for some time. He states that he will be satisfied if his representation dated 23/02/2017 (Annexure-A/1) regarding benefit of Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP) Scheme is considered by the respondents in a time bound manner.
2. Without going into the merits of the case, respondents are directed to examine the representation of the applicant dated 23/02/2017 (Annexure-A/1) and pass a reasoned and speaking order within next three months from the date of receipt.of a copy of this order.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant also states that in a similar case benefits have been extended to other similarly placed employees. The respondents may take a note of judgement passed by this Bench of the Tribunal in OA No. 199/2013 dated 13/01/2017 while examining the case of the applicant.
