When Coronavirus started to spread, we were gathering people and we had ‘Namaste Trump’ event. In fact, the Parliament was convened. It was supposed to be closed in a week’s time because of Coronavirus. But what to do? A big coup happened.
In Madhya Pradesh, the Congress Government was falling and you wanted to take over the power there. So, there was silence. No one spoke about the Coronavirus. Even the Members of Parliament were not allowed to speak about Coronavirus because the Congress Government in Madhya Pradesh had gone to the Supreme Court. If the Parliament is closed and if the country is closed, then the floor test cannot be done. So, what did you do? The Members of Parliament were not allowed to talk.

The worst thing is that we had one of the Ministers phrasing the words. I should thank him because he phrased the words, ‘Go Corona; Go Corona; Go’. This became such a trending thing. We should thank him because it was said in English. Thanks to him, he was popularising English. Usually, you will be popularising Sanskrit or Hindi but this was a trending thing. Sir, can Coronavirus go? Was that the scientific approach?
