This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent, in Na.Ka.No. 19/ Pothu /PIPS/2022 dated 28.03.2022 and consequently directing the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct the Aadalum Paadalum dance programme on 06.04.2022 from 9.00 p.m to 12.00 am in pursuant to the Panguni Thiruvizha of Arulmigu Sri Manthaiyamman Thirukoil, situated at Meenankannipatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

The second respondent is directed to grant permission and to provide adequate police protection for the cultural programme to be conducted on 06.04.2022 on the eve of Aadalum Paadalum dance programme in Arulmigu Sri Manthaiyamman Thirukoil, situated at Meenankannipatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, subject to the following conditions:
a) the cultural programme in connection with a Festival in Arulmigu Sri Manthaiyamman Thirukoil, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis situated at Meenankannipatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District scheduled to be held on 06.04.2022 should be completed before 11.00 midnight or within the time permitted by the respondent.
