W.P. (S) 1989/2021 As per the statement made in this application, the petitioner at present is aged about 37 years and he was appointed as General Mazdoor on 02.04.2010 in Basuria Colliery under Respondent. Thereafter in 2015 he was appointed to the post of Clerk in Basuria Colliery. The F.I.R dt. 12.05.2020, being CBI/DNB case 2025:JHHC:19356 No. RC-3(A)/2020(D) was registered u/s 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 for the allegation that the Petitioner demanded Rs. 25,000/- from the Complainant and agreed to accept Rs.10,000/- as the first installment of the total demand. CBI submitted chargesheet on 29.06.2020. The Petitioner was served with memo of charge contained in Ref. no.236 dt. 04.01.2021 and Petitioner was directed to file reply and Petitioner replied to the same and requested the respondent to provide him with documents pertaining to Memo of charge and departmental proceeding. Thereafter, Petitioner served with letter dt. 29.01.2021 by which he was directed to filed his reply within 7 days as earlier reply was not satisfactory. Petitioner then made representation for supply of documents.
