The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 29.11.2023 seeking information on following points:-
"PI provide (1) The copies of sanctioned strength of all group A COMMON CADRE OFFICER in CSIR Hq and its constituent Laboratories/ institutes/ Centers (2) Actual posting status of all group A common cadre officers across CSIR Hq and it constituent laboratories/institutes/Centers. 13) Copy of CSIR replies submitted in court in case of Mrs Anurag Sachdev, CoA, CSIO Chandigarh transferred to HRDG, CSIR(4) Posting tenure details (number of years in one city) of all common cadre group A officers across CSIR Hq and its constituent/laboratories/institutes/Center for last 15 years"
