(v) All the parties will ensure that within a period of three months from today, they will agree to a common name of a builder/collaborator who will make the new construction on the plot after demolishing the old construction. The parties will agree to such a common builder who has reputation for ensuring timely completion of construction. Counsel for the parties agree before me that they will not select a builder with negative reputation who would be not acceptable as a common person of the parties.
