35. I agree to the order proposed by my learned brother. It is understood that if and when in the criminal case registered against Ramesh Chander a stage is reached that the court is of the opinion that the currency notes and the account books should be returned to Ramesh Chander, it will take a final decision in this regard only after issuing notice to the income-tax authorities and hearing them.
