"9. I further say and submits that we are neither dissenting from
the project of Re-development nor we are opposing the said
project, but our only point for disagreeing is related to the
allotment of common space of society. In this current re-
development scheme, the allotment of common space of society
is not being done equally amongst the members of the society
and instead it is being done in an irrational way which is the
main ground for the respondents to disagree with the allotment
of common space of the society. The members who hold 94 sq.
var built-up area land would be assigned higher rate of common
plot of the society while rest of the members who holds less
built-up area of land would be assigned lower rate of common
plot of the society which is very irrational and discrimination in
