Civil Revision No.3084 of 2011 The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ludhiana, to decide the execution application No.35, dated 6.8.1998 titled as Narinder Singh v. Mukhwinder Singh, expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an ex parte order of ejectment was passed in favour of petitioner in a petition filed against respondent no.1 under Section 13 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act, 1949, vide order dated 21.2.1998. Thereafter, the present execution application has been filed and the same is pending as objections are being filed by one person or the other at the instance of respondent-judgment debtor. Further contends that after dismissal of earlier objections, now objections have been filed by one Naresh Kumar.

Petitioner has not even filed reply to the said objections of Naresh Kumar and filed this revision petition for expeditious disposal of the execution petition.

Hence, in view of these facts, there is no merit in the present petition and the same is, hereby, dismissed.

However, learned Executing Court is directed to expedite the present execution petition by giving short dates, as the same is pending since 6.8.1998.
