4. It is alleged that 14 persons were playing satta when they were apprehended by Police. Some of them gave out the name of the Petitioner as being the operator of the satta game. There is no other material to show his involvement in the alleged occurrence.

5. Considering the nature of accusations and the materials on record while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to move for bail. In such event, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and proper by the said Court.
