The documents relied upon and proved by the respondent no. 4 during the course of his evidence are not being discussed as they are not of much relevance to throw light on the aspect of adoption, moreso in such circumstances, when the petitioner has himself failed to discharge the onus to prove his own case that the respondent no. 4 was given in adoption. However, at a cursory glance at the document Ex.RW1/1 i.e School Leaving Certificate of respondent no. 4, Ex.RW1/2 i.e driving licence, Ex.RW1/3 i.e Voter I­Card and Ex.RW1/4 i.e Relinquish Deed shows that Mr. Sadhu Ram is the father of respondent no. 4. The respondent during his cross examination has denied the suggestion that he had procured the documents Ex.RW1/1 to Ex.RW1/4 to protect his E­5/08/08 14 of 15 eviction from the property in dispute. On the contrary, the petitioner has failed to prove on record that the documents relied upon by the respondent are forged and fabricated documents.
