2.The petitioner states that the petitioner Sangam is a registered one, established for the welfare of the employees who are working under the TUCS and there are 614 employees and members in the Sangam. Since 2010, the Co-operative Wholesale Consumer Stores have been utilizing ERP Software __________ Page2 of 6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis (First Line InfoTech, Chennai) and it has been functioning well and all the accounts are properly being maintained under the said ERP Software. However, the Registrar of Co-operative Societies had introduced “Muthalvar Marunthagam Software” in the year 2025 and now, the present Registrar has introduced “K.Labs Technology & Solutions (P) Ltd.” from the year 2026 and the employees of the Co-operative Societies are forced to use the newly implemented Software with effect from 01.04.2026. It is the grievance of the petitioner Sangam that the new Software will create many practical problems in calculation and accounting, and no consultation or training has been given to the employees before implementing the new Software. Therefore, the petitioner Sangam, on behalf of the employees, made a representation before the respondents to withdraw the new Software on 16.04.2026. However, the same has not evoked any response.
