Sundara Murthy, Sundaram Stone Crusher, ZA Nallpadu-Perecherla Road, Guntur o © NOwARoO Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri V.S.K Rama Rao presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings of the District level Committee in RC. No. 1885/2017-E5, Dt. 20.01.2019 holding that the respondents 7 to 9 are the owners of the land in respect of an extent of Ac. 2.50 cts of land in Sy. No. 25 out of the total extent of Ac. 10.51 cts which absolutely belongs to the petitioners and directing the 6th respondent to treat and recognize the doted lands as patta lands and incorporate the changes in Re-settlement Register / Diglot and other revenue records since they are in possession for a period of 12 years prior to the stipulated date i.e. 14.06.2017, or more as per Act 10 of 2017 and the proceedings of the 6th respondent in Rc. No. 229/2018- A, Dt. 06.10.2018 making Sub-Division of sy. No. 25 without notice to the petitioner as bad, illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the rules and consequently set aside the same and grant the such other relief or relief's as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. S. K. Rama Rao Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
