According to the petitioners, they have filed applications dated 30.03.2018, and 31.03.2018, respectively before the respondents to approve their unapproved plots as per G.O.Ms.No.78, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(3)] Department dated 04.05.2017, so far, their applications were not considered. Hence, these Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners.
