(i) CRL. MISC. No.M-26321 OF 2017 is allowed.
(ii) The petitioner be released on interim regular bail for a period of seven days only, subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court with surety in the sum of `2,00,000/- (Rupees two lacs only) as above.
(iii) The petitioner shall attend the concerned police station everyday between 11.00 am to 4.00pm. The police shall also keep surveillance on the petitioner during the said period.
