23. The third question of law raised is in relation to the validity of the documents marked as Ex.B-1 and Ex.-B2. Ex.B-1 and Ex.B-2 are the registered Sale Deeds of purchase of the property in the name of Smt.Pothammal. However, these two documents marked are execution of Sale Deeds and the defendant had not disputed the same.
