The evidence of DW1 led by the 1st Defendant was completed in Court. The 1st Defendant has now tendered the Evidence Affidavit dated 7th January 2019 of one Suhas Vishnu Patwardhan said to be fluent and conversant in the Modi script. The Affidavit is on file. Along with this Affidavit, Mr Patwardhan, DW2, has tendered a compilation of 13 documents. I have considered the depositions in regard to these documents.

2. The document at Sr.No.1 is a certified true copy dated 5th December 2018 of the entire original Revised Sood Book of 1913 for village Vikhroli.
