13. Subsequent to it, one Mr. Uday Pratap Singh, District Probation Officer, submitted his explanation, writing that the report is a result of human error, for which he tendered apologies. When considered, the court took strong exceptions to it. In fact, the Probation Officer's report did not reveal the criminal antecedents of the CIL. The Court posed a few questions and issued notice to District Probation Officer, vide its order dated 28.07.2022, which is as hereunder:-
