3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would allege that one Mr.Subbaiah who is the incumbant OHT Operator at Gopalapuram Village is also unwilling to move out of the village. That led to filing of this writ petition.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instruction from the respondents categorically asserted that the petitioner can very well report for duty as OHT Operator in Gopalapuram Village. It is for the respondents to relieve Subbaiah, the incumbent as OHT Operator so as to facilitate the writ petitioner to join in the transferred place. Before asking the petitioner to join in the transferred village, the petitioner must be served with copy of the order whereby Thiru.Subbaiah has been relieved as OHT Operator from Gopalapuram Village. Only thereafter, the writ petitioner will report for duty. Till then the petitioner can continue to be OHT Operator in Ramachandrapuram Village.
