3. On 18th Sep 21, at around 2 AM, the police party noticed the robbers cutting the ATM machine of a private sector bank. On confronted, they fired at the police party, and fled away.
4. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the pre-trial incarceration would cause an irreversible injustice to the petitioner and family.
