This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct the Cultural event viz., Adal Padal (Song and Dance) Program to be held on 16.08.2019 at 6.00 P.M onwards in connection http://www.judis.nic.in with the Temple Festival of Sri kaliamman Thirukovil, Seranthangal Village, Thandrambattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, by considering the petitioner representation dated 29.07.2019.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to conduct cultural programme in the event of Adal Padal (Song and Dance) program at Sri kaliamman Thirukovil, Seranthangal Village, Thandrambattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, however with the following conditions:-

(a) The cultural programme in connection with the event of Adal Padal (Song and Dance) at Sri kaliamman Thirukovil, Seranthangal Village, Thandrambattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, on 16.08.2019 between 06.00 PM to 11.00 PM.
