Let service of such affidavit be effected in course of this day. The Registrar General or any competent officer nominated by him shall swear an additional affidavit by next Monday (29.7.2013) stating therein whether the vacancies that were advertised for recruitment on the post of Process Servers in the districts of Murshidabad, Nadia, Howrah and North 24- Parganas have been filled up in its entirety or not. The petitioners shall be at liberty to file reply by next Wednesday (31.7.2013).
